Refund Policy
Refund Policy
- 100% refund until 6 months before the event date (until March 6, 2024);
- 50% refund until 3 months before the event date (from March 7 to June 6, 2024);
- 25% refund until 3 weeks before the event date (from June 7 to August 16, 2024);
- no refund in the final three weeks before the event date (from August 17, 2024);
- The RaceRoster processing fee is non-refundable;
- Triathlon Québec fees refund until August 16, 2024;
- If you buy insurance, you will need to go through them for the refund.
CANADIAN ARMED FORCES
We are extremely honored to open our doors to members of the Canadian Armed Forces for the Sail Challenge Esprit Triathlon. This event represents an exceptional opportunity for our valiant soldiers to gather, learn, train and take up this challenge together. We look forward to sharing this memorable moment with these men and women, who embody the values of dedication, discipline and determination.
They focus primarily on the Olympic distance, the distance chosen for the International Military Sports Council (IMSC), one of the world's largest multidisciplinary organizations. ISMC organizes various sporting events for the armed forces of its 140 member countries.
