Help Danielle raise money

Hi Bowen friends and family,

It’s that time of the year again where I become one with the seals and swim Tunstall bay in an effort to raise funds and awareness for those battling cancer on island. Having had my 2nd son, Billy McQueen, I haven’t been in the water too much. In all honesty the sea lions in Deep Bay are what’s really holding me back. Regardless, I’ll be swimming this years event and with every stroke, kick and breath be grateful for the good health of all my friends and family, and be filled with gratitude for the memories we get to continue to create on Bowen Island. I’ll be thinking of our friends and family who no longer get to experience Bowen summers, but know they are with us in the calm water, the sunsets, the beach glass and the ocean breeze.
