CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- 50% refund up to 3 months prior to the event (until to June 5, 2026)
- 25% refund up to 3 weeks prior to the event (from June 6th to August 15, 2026)
- No refund will be made within 3 weeks prior to the event (from August 16, 2026)
- The RaceRoster processing fees are non-refundable
- Triathlon Québec fees are refundable until August 15, 2026
- If you purchased the Refund Protection Program, all refund claims must be made directly to them. Claims can be made HERE
MODIFICATIONS POLICIES & CHANGES DEADLINES
Please note that ANY changes requested to your registration will incur a fee of 15$.
Transferring a registration from one participant to another
- Allowed once the event is sold-out
- Fee of 25$
- Limit date: Saturday July 25, 2026 (subject to change without notice)

Postponement of your registration to the following year
- Fee of 25$
- Limit date: Friday August 28, 2026
