Want to transfer your registration to another participant?
Here’s what you need to know:
Limit date for 2026 event: Saturday July 25, 2026 (subject to change without notice)
- You’ll need the new participant’s email address.
- Log in to your Race Roster dashboard and select “Make a transfer.”
- Once the process is completed, the new participant will receive an email to finalize their registration.
- If you’ve arranged to sell your registration, the financial transaction must be handled directly between participants. The Race Roster platform does not facilitate money transfers.
- A $25 transfer fee (plus taxes and service charges) will be charged to the new participant during the process.
- Any non-race items you purchased (excluding the Refund Protection Program) will be automatically refunded to you by the platform.
Important: For safety reasons, a participant CANNOT wear someone else’s race bib without completing an official transfer. Medical staff must have accurate emergency information for the new participant. Anyone caught using another person’s bib without a valid transfer will be disqualified.
