Raise money for Stratford Perth Hospice Foundation

Thanks to your support, Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth has cared for 609 individuals and their loved ones since opening our doors in 2019. Our hospice offers a peaceful, comfortable home with 24-hour specialized palliative care, along with compassionate support for everyone in a person’s circle of care.

We’re also proud to be a trusted community resource, connecting people with the care, support, and information they need, whether at home or at the Hospice.

Your generosity is helping us reach our goal of $140,000 - funds that will ensure we can continue to make every moment matter for those we serve.
