So you want to be a volunteer!
Thanks for stepping up; we seriously couldn't do this without you. Volunteers are the real MVPs!
We’ll hook you up with a shirt, a hat, or some other good swag so you’re easy to spot on race day. Pancakes are in the deal too. When you register, pick your top stations - most people will have multiple jobs. We’ll sort it out, assign captains, and email you the details before race day!

Aid Station 1
Encourage and direct runners, hand out water and snacks, and collect trash
Aid Station 2
Course marshals for the 0.7k. Encourage and direct runners, hand out water and snacks, and collect trash
Floater/Course Marshal
Direct cars to parking spots. Help with set-up & timing. Encourage and direct participants wherever needed
Check-In/Merch Table
Runner check-in, packet pickup, & merch sales
Volunteer Coordinator
In charge of all the volunteers, moving people around as needed
Sweeper
Make sure nobody is lost, pick up course markers, collect trash
Pancake Chef Assistant
Help Dave with whatever he needs to keep the pancakes coming!
Post-Race Area
Keep post-race food and water stocked, and keep the area clean and organized. Help runners as needed
