Our story…
WellStrong is a community environment that supports anyone with a desire to maintain recovery through fitness, mindfulness and other wellness activities. The support of peers, all aiming to achieve their goals, creates an environment of healing, strength and empowerment. Our programs are available to anyone committed to recovery, regardless of their ability to pay.
There is a gap between recovery and wellness, WellStrong fills that void in the community. Wellness in recovery encourages emotional healing and personal growth, and results in long-term recovery. WellStrong members say the programs and community have made a difference in their recovery, and some say they don’t know if they’d have remained sober without it.
The WellStrong community is beyond grateful for all donations as your contribution allows us to keep costs to a minimum for our members to incorporate wellness in their recovery. We thank you for your support!
