The MSA at LSUHSC strives to create an environment where students come together to gain a sense of community and knowledge on topics related to Islam. We often collaborate with the LSU Dental and Tulane SoM campuses for many of the events we host. We are open to everyone, regardless of faith!
Some of our meaningful initiatives include:
- Food and supply drives to support those in need within our community
- Bake sales dedicated to raising humanitarian aid for global causes
- Mentorship workshops designed to empower undergraduate students and provide guidance for their academic journeys
- Environmental initiatives in partnership with Students for Sustainability, promoting eco-friendly practices on campus.
