Getting There
TTC: We encourage all participants to ride the TTC to the race site. The 501 Queen streetcar stops at Bellefair Ave. in front of Kew Gardens, after which it's a short walk south to the race site.
RideShare: Drop-off can be set for 2-10 Alfresco Lawn if you come early. However, as Lee Ave and other streets are single lane, they tend to get congested as more runners arrive. We recommend getting dropped off on Queen St. E. and walk 10 minutes south on Lee Ave.
Parking: Ample free street parking is available on Lee Ave., Leuty Ave., Wineva Ave., and all other north/south streets north of Alfresco Lawn and Hubbard Blvd. Paid parking is also available on Queen St. E.
Our Course
Our course is located at 2-10 Alfresco Lawn Picnic Shelter at the south end of Kew Gardens, just east of the lawn bowling. The Start/Finish Line will be on the paved Martin Goodman Trail with the course heading west from Kew-Balmy Beach and then south on Leslie St. It then runs west on Unwin Ave. into the Outer Harbour Marina entrance for a turnaround before heading back.
Please note — this is always a shared path with the public, but there will be course markings and marshals on course.
We're pleased to announce that the BlackToe Holiday 10k is an Athletics Ontario Sanctioned Race event. As such, you can be assured that technical course operations will be executed by a professional race management team following the latest prescribed best practices in North America.

Weather
The event will take place rain, snow, or shine. However, participant safety is first and foremost in our planning. In the days leading up to race day and on race morning, race management will be closely monitoring the weather forecast for any elements that may affect the event or the course. All participants will receive an Event Alert System notification e-mail informing them of weather and course conditions for race morning. If there is concern, plans will be adjusted accordingly to ensure participants' health and safety.
