The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Manitoba and Winnipeg is a leading mental health non-profit organization supporting individuals and communities across Manitoba to have improved mental health, resilience, and recovery. We work to build communities in which everyone has what they need to live meaningful lives and can thrive. At the heart of this is building human connections that make it possible for people to achieve their greatest potential. Our vision is a Manitoba where mental health is honoured as a universal human right.

Your donations to the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women Winnipeg will assist the Rising Together for Women’s Mental Health initiative, supporting the mental health, well-being and recovery of girls, youth and women at CMHAs Across Manitoba.

By supporting Run for Women – Winnipeg you are helping girls, youth, women, and families receive accessible and high-quality programs and services in rural, remote and urban communities. From mental health promotion for girls and youth, peer support, youth integrated services, housing, recovery college (virtual and in person) and coaching programs to build capacity for those living with mild to moderate anxiety, depression and those experiencing postpartum mental health distress.
