This unique race takes you through the stunning, historic grounds of Lake Lawn Metairie Cemetery, hosted by Heaven’s Pets, where every step you take helps save animals in need.

We’re calling on all animal lovers to join the cause and be part of the solution! While it’s not a requirement, we’d love for you to commit to raising at least $100. AND if you hit $250 or more, your registration is FREE! Whether you join us for the chip-timed race or choose the virtual option, your participation will directly support rescue efforts.

Why sign up? Because this isn’t just a 5K—it’s a full morning of fun for you and your pup! Your registration includes:

• Commemorative race T-shirt
• Adorable finisher medal
• Race-day goodie bag
• Post-race refreshments
• A scenic run or walk through historic Lake Lawn Metairie Cemetery
• The chance to support local animal rescue organizations and help animals in need

And the fun doesn’t stop at the finish line! Kick off race morning with a lively second line parade featuring a live brass band, then stick around for the Blessing of the Pets, adoptable dogs, local vendors, food and drinks, a silent auction and plenty of tail-wagging fun!

First-place male and female finishers will win $100 cash and a trophy. We’re also awarding trophies for top fundraising teams, so gather your squad and race for a cause!

Don’t miss out—sign up, start fundraising, and help us make a real difference in the lives of rescue animals in the South!
