Thank you for your generous support of our fifth annual Walk to End Suicide, taking place on Sunday September 13th. Your commitment to this cause is at the heart of everything we do, enabling us to continue providing free, life-saving mental health services to individuals and families across the Greater Toronto Area.

As we mark five years since the very first walk, we are filled with gratitude for the community that has grown around this movement. What began as a powerful act of hope has become a cornerstone of our mission: one that raises vital funds, builds meaningful connections, and helps break down the stigma that too often surrounds mental health and suicide.

Once again, this year's walk falls in the spirit of World Suicide Prevention Day (Thursday September 10th), a reminder that our collective efforts are part of a broader, global commitment to saving lives and promoting mental wellness. TheWalk is a single day, but the effects of your participation are felt year-round by those we have the privilege of serving.

We are truly honoured to have you walking alongside us. Thank you for showing up —for this community, and for every person whose life is made brighter because of your support.
