Provide multilingual options for a variety of pages
If the multilingual feature has been enabled for your event, your participants will be able to view the following pages in any of the 13 languages listed above:
- Event details page
- Legal pages (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, etc.)
- Participant dashboard
- Promoter dashboard
- ‘Agreements page’ during registration – waivers will be displayed in the participant’s selected language if a waiver has been set up in that language)
In November 2020, your participants will be able to view their results pages in these languages as well!
Send email campaigns based on participant language
When setting up your email campaign triggers, you can select a specific language from the dropdown and it will ensure your campaign only sends to participants who use Race Roster in that particular language! This is a great way to show your participants that their experience is a priority for your event.

Want to display custom copy in multiple languages?
No problem! If you are looking to offer custom content on your registration form in multiple languages (e.g., a registration question such as “How did you hear about this event?”), we ask that you please send us the content in every language that you would like to offer your participants and we’d be happy to add it in!
