Data deletion overview
Attention event organizers,
In light of the CCPA changes that went into effect on January 1, 2020 we wanted to provide you with an overview of how we will respond to consumer data deletion requests going forward.
If a consumer initiates a full data deletion request, Race Roster will proceed with deleting or anonymizing the Personal Data of the requesting consumer from the Race Roster platform. This could include things such as their Race Roster account, participant data, donor data, access logs, support communication, etc. As a result of completing a data deletion request, the availability of this data may also be removed from your event organizer dashboard, and your historical participant lists.
