Share the load.

Let us issue tax receipts on your organization’s behalf!

Showcase your fundraising organizations!

Display your fundraising organizations’ logos on your main event page, or create a drop-down menu of fundraising organizations for donors to select from.

Connect with meaning.

Use a combination of text, images and video to connect with potential donors about your organization and the work you do.

Strategize with metrics.

Get insights from our fundraising metrics dashboard to understand your active fundraisers, where donations are coming from and donation processing fee trends.

2. Engage participants & teams

Drive friendly competition!

Use our individual and team fundraising leaderboards to highlight your top fundraisers.

Get personal.

Let fundraisers connect with the cause by sharing their ‘why’ and customizing their page with personal photos!

Get sharing!

Participants can easily share their personal fundraising pages through a variety of social media platforms linked right from their personalized page!

Pre-templated email campaigns.

Motivate participants!

Set reasonable goals and give them meaning.

Give participant’s fundraising goals context. For example, if $100 provides 50 meals, try pre-setting your participants’ goals to reach that target!

Race Roster

At our core, we are event organizers and athletes serving event organizers and athletes. Race Roster was founded by a group of friends with combined interests in running, technology, and event management. After organizing their own 10K in 2010, it was very apparent that the running industry was in dire need of better technology. Since May of 2012, Race Roster has partnered with over 4,000 organizers to grow, manage and execute on race day!
