We’ve recently introduced bundles to the sub-event creation process, allowing registrants to sign up for multiple sub-events at once! Boost participation, increase revenue, and incentivize registrants to participate in more than one sub-event at your next event.

What is a bundle?

With the new bundles feature, participants are able to register for multiple sub-events at once. Creating a bundle is incredibly easy! Group together as many existing sub-events as you’d like, select your preferred options, and set a single price for the bundle (e.g., allow participants to register for the half marathon and the 10K for $120).

Here are a few ways you can benefit from introducing bundles into your registration flow:

Boost participation

Participants can now select multiple sub-events to register for in one click. For example, given the options, they can choose to join the marathon & 10k or perhaps the half-marathon & 5K. With more options to choose from, they may decide to register for an event they weren’t planning on participating in.

You also have the ability to include bundle exclusive incentives as a way to entice your participants to register for more than one sub-event. This could be an intriguing product such as limited edition swag, a VIP post-race party ticket, or a discounted price.

Increase revenue

Bundles allow you to set your own price for each combination of sub-events you create. A great way to encourage your registrants to select a bundle is by offering a discount. For example, if your marathon sub-event costs $90 and the 5k sub-event costs $60, you can allow them to register for both for $125. By offering strategic discounts using sub-event bundles, you will increase the average cart value for participants who take advantage of the discounted pricing.

Bundles make it simple for your registrants to experience more of your event at a discounted rate while increasing participation and revenue. It’s a win-win situation!
