As timers, event organizers and production companies, you have distinct inventory management needs.

As an endurance industry registration leader, we prioritize updates that reflect industry needs, and design tools that allow you to:

Easily allocate specific equipment across simultaneous events.

Identify pieces of equipment travelling from one event to another that may need repair or replacement soon.

Map out where equipment needs to be distributed along the event site and course.

Explore how our inventory management tool can help organize your timing and production logistics!

1. Easily allocate your equipment across multiple simultaneous events with our updated serial number management

We recently expanded serial number functionality to select particular items to include in kits or reservations. Have an older clock with less battery life? You can now assign it to the 5K event and ensure a newer clock goes to the Marathon.

Using reservations, you can earmark specific pieces of equipment by event so you never over-promise or over-book. When it comes time to ship, automatically generated check-out lists for each reservation can help you and your staff ensure that the correct equipment is packed for transport!

2. Flag and track equipment that needs repair or maintenance

If any equipment becomes damaged or needs maintenance after an event, you can update its condition to provide visibility to the team, as part of the check-in process and prioritize repairs between events!

3. Manage geographic deployment of equipment on event day

Getting the right equipment to the right event is only half the task! Once there, you’re relying on a variety of people to ensure it’s distributed correctly along the course and amongst the event site.

Upload a .kml, .kmz, or .gpx file of the event course to a reservation and tag the intended location of key pieces of equipment to communicate those locations to your staff!

Race Roster

At our core, we are event organizers and athletes serving event organizers and athletes. Race Roster was founded by a group of friends with combined interests in running, technology, and event management. After organizing their own 10K in 2010, it was very apparent that the running industry was in dire need of better technology. Since May of 2012, Race Roster has partnered with over 4,000 organizers to grow, manage and execute on race day!
