In a few words: we’ve given you greater product availability control, and centralised settings so you can manage availability for products in registration, and store, in one location.

In a few more words, let’s take a closer look at what’s new:

One place to manage product availability for store and registration

We’ve centralised product availability options for both store and registration that make product set-up faster, easier, and clearer.

You can find these settings organised in a new section of the product inventory page, called, ‘Product Availability’.

Set different availability dates for products sold in registration vs. store

There are times as an Event Organizer when you may want to extend the sale of your products in store beyond the availability in registration, or vice versa. Now, you can do just that with our recent product availability changes.

You now have the opportunity to set different product availability dates between registration and store, so you can continue to offer your existing participants the ability to purchase your awesome products – or even add a new product after registration has closed!

Customize the availability of product options.

We’ve also added a new setting that provides greater flexibility for your product options: customise the availability of individual product options in registration, and store on one page!

For example, let’s say you’ve used our product option feature to give participants options to personalise their shirts. You can customise the availability of each option to buffer in the proper lead time needed to work with your vendors for each type of personalisation.

Race Roster was founded by a group of friends with combined interests in running, technology, and event management. After organizing their own 10K in 2010, it was very apparent that the running industry was in dire need of better technology.
