The latest enhancements to the registration questions tool were designed to save you more time so you can focus on other important tasks.

Our registration question management enhancements will help you achieve the following:

Import registration choices in bulk

You may want to ask a question on your registration form that requires an extremely long list of selectable answers.  We understand that manually adding your choices one-by-one might not be the most ideal way to spend your time. To solve this, we have introduced the ability to add your registration choices in bulk by simply pasting your options into a text box.

This easy-to-use feature offers you convenience and helps simplify the registration question creation process for those who may need to add large lists of choices, such as schools, company names, etc.

Select “import choices” on a registration question to have the textbox appear. Paste your choices and make sure each option is on a new line before proceeding to “import”. 

Ask questions between specified dates

If you ask questions that are required to be manually removed after a specific date, you can now take one more thing off of your to-do list. We’ve introduced the ability to automatically display questions in registration between the dates that you specify, eliminating the need for manual work down the road.

This feature will come in handy if, for example, you only want to offer customized bib names to early-bird registrants. You may have a deadline to send your list of names to the printer, requiring you to collect custom bib names on your registration form before a specific date. With the ability to only ask questions between specified dates, you can ensure this question will no longer be asked on the registration form after the date you’ve specified. Set it, and rest assured knowing it will automatically be displayed and hidden at the right times!
