We’ve created a guided onboarding process for Timers new to Race Roster, introducing them to the tools they need so they can use them with confidence. This new process ensures Timers are fully equipped to deliver the best results experience for your participants.
Here’s a quick overview of the new Timer journey:
1 – A Clear Starting point
When a new user signs up, they will now see a page with clear options defining how they want to use Race Roster. By selecting “Use our timing tools,” Timers will be directed to the right place from the very beginning.
2 – Dedicated Welcome Page
After selecting the timing tools option, new Timers will land on a dedicated welcome page. Here, they’ll find everything they need to get started, including options to email or call our support team, book a personalized demo, or explore helpful articles in our knowledge base.
3 – Guided Onboarding
Our customer success team will now personally guide new Timers through the setup process. This hands-on approach helps them become familiar with our tools, so they can provide the best results experience for your event.
4 – Simple Setup
Once Timers are aware of all the powerful timing features Race Roster offers, they will be prompted to create their timing company profile. After this is completed, they will gain full access to their timer dashboard and all our timing tools.
This enhanced process ensures your timing partners feel supported and confident using Race Roster from day one, leading to a smoother race day experience for everyone involved.
