Where to find it
At the top of your dashboard menu, search “transaction report”.
Filtering reports
To create a report that reflects all the information you need, you can leverage our report filtering capabilities!
You can filter by the following:
- Type of ID – Event ID, transaction ID, user ID, charity ID
- ID number
- Date range – today, yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, last month, this year, by a custom range, or by a payout period.
- Currency
- Registration source – All, online, onsite, offline
You can also specify which report data you would like to include in your report:
- Receipts
- Registrations
- Fundraising transactions
- Referrals
- Processing fees
- Registration products
- Adjustments/refunds/invoice fees
- Promo codes
- Volunteers
- Invoices
- Additional charges/Line items
- Gifts
- Store products
- Store taxes
