Event Planning

Prioritize the safety of everyone involved

1. Map out secure event setups

Leverage drop points to mark exactly where hand sanitizing stations, pylons, first aid booths, etc. will be placed on site.

2. Organize participants into separate waves

Control the amount of people waiting at your start line by setting up scheduled start times with limited slots.

Safe Interactions

Packet pick up & check-in solutions

1. Offer computer-less check-in

Clear up some room in your packet-pickup space by removing computers from the process.

2. Allow participants to book a pickup time

Create various time slots for packet pickup and set a limit on the number of participants that can book each time slot.

A success story

How the TC10K used these tools for success

“2020 proved to be a very difficult year for everyone, we at the TC10K were in line to have a record year. We were forced to cancel the live event with a little over a month to go. We had preordered the event t-shirts, so with 7,000+ shirts in stock we made the call to distribute them to as many participants as possible.

Here is where Race Roster stepped up and offered us a way to get participants to pre-book time slots. Having the time slots allowed us to limit the amount of people showing up and be able to space participants out so we could comply with the Provincial Health Organization regulations at that time. We managed to hand out ~ 3000 t-shirts in a 2 day ‘package’ pickup with little hassle and a lot of happy runners. This and other tools offered by Race Roster have proven to be extremely useful. Not to mention the ample support that the team at Race Roster is known for.”
