We’ve passed the finish line for 2025, and we’re taking a moment to reflect on an incredible year of growth, innovation, and collaboration at Race Roster. In 2025, we continued to focus on solutions to support events in delivering seamless, impactful, and memorable experiences. Whether it’s enhancing our CRM tools, re-imagining result experiences, or delivering tips and tricks to help you get the most out of our platform, 2025 was all about helping you cross your own finish lines with confidence.

1. Race Roster CRM

1 – Loyalty Reports

Easily identify your most loyal participants. Set your own loyalty criteria (e.g., how many registrations qualify a loyal participant, which events & sub-events apply) to pinpoint and reward repeat attendees, build stronger relationships, and create highly targeted marketing campaigns.

2 – Bulk Tagging Contacts

Do you spend hours manually tagging contacts? With the Bulk Tagging feature, you can efficiently add, remove, or update tags for multiple contacts all at once. Assign categories like “Gold Loyalty,” “Volunteer,” or “Staff” at lightning speed to keep your contact lists accurate and organized.

3 – Webhooks

Manage data with ease. With Webhooks, you can instantly connect your Race Roster contact data to platforms like Mailchimp or Zapier. Whether you’re handling past event data or running auto-updating reports, Webhooks make sharing and syncing a breeze.

4 – Email Campaigns

Personalized outreach is simplified with Race Roster CRM Email Campaigns. Effortlessly create & schedule targeted email campaigns, stylize seamlessly with our drag-and-drop editor, utilize it’s built-in AI features for text and visuals, and drop in content blocks for quick & easy videos, countdown timers, and social links. Need to send registration reminders or loyalty emails? You can do it all with Race Roster CRM.

5 – Email Metrics

Track delivery performance, send test emails, and more to fine-tune your strategy and drive better results. 

6 – Reporting Filters

We introduced the ability to filter reports in three new ways:

  • By registration date
  • By event group
  • By tags & tag groups

7 – Yearly Insights Dashboard (Beta)

The new Yearly Insights Dashboard in Race Roster CRM offers a powerful way to track performance and uncover trends across all events in your Organization. You can effortlessly compare registration progress year-over-year and filter data for deeper analysis. The interactive graph allows you to hover over any point to see exact registration numbers, empowering you to make informed, real-time adjustments to your strategy.


2. Timer Tools & Results

1 – The Restricted Bib Pool: A game-changer for timers

Simplify your bib management with our Restricted Bib Pool feature. Manage participant bib assignments securely and streamline this critical aspect of your event logistics.

Quickly post results with the new RACE RESULT Integration, simplifying the post-event experience for you and your participants.

3 – Stream Connect

Managing large volumes of race day photos is now more efficient than ever. Stream Connect integrates seamlessly with third-party file transfer clients like FileZilla, enabling you to upload entire photo collections directly to our servers. This new functionality allows for the transfer of gigabytes of photos at once with enhanced stability, significantly streamlining your workflow and saving valuable time.

4 – Results V3

Results V3 was re-engineered from the ground up. This new version of our results platform introduced a mobile-first design, a centralized search experience, reimagined results displays, and more. These features were designed to create a seamless results experience for everyone involved in your event!

5 – Updated onboarding process for Timers

We’ve created a guided onboarding process for Timers new to Race Roster, introducing them to the tools they need so they can use them with confidence. This new process ensures Timers are fully equipped to deliver the best results experience for your participants.

3. Start Groups

The Start Groups feature provides event organizers with a flexible, intuitive system to manage participant start groups (also known as corrals or waves). By leveraging this powerful tool, you’ll have the ability to create, organize, and assign groups with ease, ensuring a seamless experience for both your team and participants.

4. Updated Pricing Displays

Newly updated pricing displays went live in 2025 for events in Quebec and the United States, including all mandatory charges and processing fees in displayed prices.

5. RunConcierge

RunConcierge is an AI-powered platform that connects runners preparing for race day with route-specific knowledge, essential event details, and valuable recommendations from top brands.

6. Organizational Promo Codes

This year, we made an update to Organizational Promo Codes—allowing you to create promo codes for multiple events within an Organization. Previously, this functionality was offered for events tied through a Timer Association. Now, you can simply connect your events to an Organization to start creating Organizational Promo Codes!

7. Validation Features

Simplify discounts and offer exclusive sub-event access during registration without the use of promo or access codes.

8. Samsung Wallet

Sitting alongside our existing Apple Wallet option, this feature provides even more inclusivity and convenience for your participants.

The “Add to Samsung Wallet” feature allows participants using Samsung Galaxy devices to seamlessly save their event passes directly to their digital wallet. This simplifies their check-in process, reduces the need for printed tickets, and ensures they have all their event-related information securely stored in one place.

9. Smart Links

“Smart Links” are a new feature designed to streamline the sub-event selection process for your participants. You can copy direct links that either pre-select and isolate a single sub-event or showcase a specific group of sub-events. This enhancement makes it easier to guide participants to the exact registration options they need, reducing confusion and improving their overall experience.

Race Roster was founded by a group of friends with combined interests in running, technology, and event management. After organizing their own 10K in 2010, it was very apparent that the running industry was in dire need of better technology.
