Stream Connect integrates seamlessly with third-party file transfer clients like FileZilla, enabling you to upload entire photo collections directly to our servers. 4 – Results V3
Results V3 was re-engineered from the ground up. This new version of our results platform introduced a mobile-first design, a centralized search experience, reimagined results displays, and more. The Start Groups feature provides event organizers with a flexible, intuitive system to manage participant start groups (also known as corrals or waves). By leveraging this powerful tool, you’ll have the ability to create, organize, and assign groups with ease, ensuring a seamless experience for both your team and participants.

4. Updated Pricing Displays

Newly updated pricing displays went live in 2025 for events in Quebec and the United States, including all mandatory charges and processing fees in displayed prices.
5. RunConcierge

RunConcierge is an AI-powered platform that connects runners preparing for race day with route-specific knowledge, essential event details, and valuable recommendations from top brands.

6. Organizational Promo Codes

This year, we made an update to Organizational Promo Codes—allowing you to create promo codes for multiple events within an Organization. Previously, this functionality was offered for events tied through a Timer Association. Now, you can simply connect your events to an Organization to start creating Organizational Promo Codes!

7. Validation Features

Simplify discounts and offer exclusive sub-event access during registration without the use of promo or access codes.

8. Samsung Wallet

Sitting alongside our existing Apple Wallet option, this feature provides even more inclusivity and convenience for your participants.
The “Add to Samsung Wallet” feature allows participants using Samsung Galaxy devices to seamlessly save their event passes directly to their digital wallet. This simplifies their check-in process, reduces the need for printed tickets, and ensures they have all their event-related information securely stored in one place.

“Smart Links” are a new feature designed to streamline the sub-event selection process for your participants. You can copy direct links that either pre-select and isolate a single sub-event or showcase a specific group of sub-events.
