We’ve elevated our results game to create a better race day experience for you, your Race Directors, and Spectators! The addition of our Predictive Tracking tool gives you one place to direct participants and spectators to for tracking and results.
What is predictive tracking?
Predictive Tracking gives participants’ loved ones and members of the public the opportunity to view real-time estimations for where a participant is on course, when a participant will reach pre-determined race splits, and ultimately complete their race.
As participants complete individual splits within the course, their predictive finishing time will intuitively update.
Pro tip:
To assist in accurately plotting distances, you can now specify your race segments as either cumulative or interval segments. Tracking works best with traditional, cumulative split points.
Quickly & easily track one, or multiple participants
Reduce spectator confusion and questions! Using Predictive Tracking, you have one place to direct participants and spectators to for race day tracking and results. For quick, in-the-moment navigation, spectators can head to the Race Roster event page to navigate to the results.
From there, spectators can simply search by bib number or name to find the participant, and follow (literally!). Spectators can even track multiple participants and navigate between them from the ‘following’ tab – so they can keep track of all of their friends and family!
Highlights:
1. No app or download required
View estimated position and finish time by navigating to the participant’s individual results page on Race Roster.
2. All-in-one results & tracking
Reduce confusion with ONE location for timers, Event Organizers, participants, and spectators to navigate to for results and live tracking!
3. Easy set-up
Predictive Tracking can be set up quickly with the check of a box, insertion of dates, times and segments ahead of time and push of your results to Race Roster as you normally would!
4. Elevated spectator experience
Make spectators feel like a part of event day by giving them the opportunity to follow their loved ones and cheer them on!
