Tim at Pan Ams

Tim Hendry-Gallagher will be cheered on by all of his coworkers from Race Roster when he competes in shot put at the Pan Am Games in Toronto, Ontario on July 21st.

Since moving to London almost two years ago Tim has been a key member of the support team at Race Roster, one of London’s fastest growing tech companies. Two of Race Roster’s founders, Chantelle Wilder and Brandon Laan, who also come from a competitive athletic background, are especially thrilled to be able to support Tim on his athletic journey.

Most days at Race Roster you can find Tim stretching or rolling out his muscles after a tough workout. Over the last year as he recovered from injury, Tim has balanced his grueling training and competition schedule with a full time job. Unlike some of his Canadian teammates, Tim does not have the sponsorship available to train full time.

“It’s unfortunate that there is a disparity between the athletes but we’re happy to have Tim on our team at Race Roster and will support and accommodate him in any way we can as he works towards a spot on Canada’s Olympic team” said Brandon Laan, President of Race Roster.

Tim is scheduled to throw on July 21st in the evening session at York University. As has been the case since he started at Race Roster, a group of his coworkers will be in the stands cheering him on.

Race Roster

At our core, we are event organizers and athletes serving event organizers and athletes. Race Roster was founded by a group of friends with combined interests in running, technology, and event management. After organizing their own 10K in 2010, it was very apparent that the running industry was in dire need of better technology. Since May of 2012, Race Roster has partnered with over 4,000 organizers to grow, manage and execute on race day!
