Whether you want to seamlessly categorize your loyal runners, volunteers, or staff, this tool makes managing your contacts easier than ever before.
What’s new?
1. Bulk add tags with ease
With this update, you can now upload a .csv file to add tags to multiple contacts in one go. No more clicking through each contact one by one! For instance, you can tag your most loyal runners with a custom “Gold” tag or identify all staff with a system-generated “Staff” tag—all with a single upload.
2. Bulk remove tags in seconds
Not only can you add tags in bulk, but you can also effortlessly remove tags from contacts in the same file upload. For example, if a runner no longer qualifies for “Gold” loyalty status, simply upload the list of contacts to modify their tags in one streamlined action.
3. Upload confirmation reports
Once your upload is complete, our system automatically provides a detailed summary report. It includes the number of rows/contacts successfully updated and any rows that failed, along with error descriptions. This ensures full transparency and helps you quickly address any issues.
Practical use cases for bulk tagging
Here are just a few ways you can start using bulk tagging to save time and improve contact management in your next event campaign.
- Loyalty management: Tag your “Gold” tier participants and distinguish them from other segments of runners.
