Streamline your contact list
With Contact Merging, Event Organizers can efficiently merge multiple contacts into a single entry, streamlining their CRM contact list and enhancing data accuracy.
Eliminate duplicates & manage name changes
Event Organizers can effortlessly eliminate duplicates and manage name changes with our Contact Merging feature. For example, when a participant is registered under variations like “Jillian Smith” and “Jill Smith,” or when “Casey Smith” changes her last name to “Casey Doe”, users can manually combine these entries. This ensures a comprehensive and unified profile for each individual.
A few things to note:
- Merge history: Access a comprehensive history of all previous merges.
- Merging is permanent: Once multiple contacts have been merged into a single contact, you cannot revert the merged contact back into separate ones.
- Merged Notes and Activities: When contacts are merged, all notes and activities from the previous contacts will seamlessly consolidate under a single contact.
