What are Loyalty Reports?
Loyalty Reports allow you to pinpoint your most committed participants based on customizable criteria that you define. This powerful feature gives you insights into your community, enabling you to build stronger relationships and create personalized marketing campaigns that drive recurring registrations.
How does it work?
Step 1: Determine loyalty criteria
Select the number of registrations that qualify a participant as loyal. For example, it could be exactly 3 registrations, between 5 and 10, or greater than 15. The criteria is entirely up to you!
Step 2: Customize by event details
Get as specific as you’d like. Base the registration count on detailed filters, such as the event name, sub-event name, event year, or sub-event distance.
Step 3: Add contact filters
Narrow down your results by applying additional demographics, such as age, location, or gender, to create highly targeted engagement opportunities.

- Recognize extraordinary dedication: Celebrate participants with 20 or more registrations across your organization by creating special VIP perks.
- Boost key campaigns: Create a segment of contacts who have 4 registrations for your specific event, like the 2024 International Marathon, and offer them an incentive to secure their 5th registration.
