Re-LUSH in our newest features – the Making Strides Spring Edition is here! This is your quarterly recap of Race Roster’s most noteworthy updates, releases, and valuable content from this past quarter.

1.  Digital Engagement Kit collaboration tools:

Looking for a way to lessen the back-and-forth emails that can keep you ‘busy’ but not ‘productive’?

Invite your event partners and even participants to collaborate on your Digital Engagement Kit (DEK) and let them take ownership of their own content, branding, and voice!

Step 1:

Invite your partners to create a card.

Step 2:

Receive a notification when they’ve submitted their card for approval.

Step 3:

Once approved, the submitted card becomes a viewable card in your DEK!

2. Participant edit modal update:

Last year, we asked for feedback on our participant edit modal and now, we’ve brought your ideas to life! We don’t want to set the bar too high, but we were able to integrate ALL of your feedback into our redesign. The list of improvements include better readability, an optimized design for mobile use, easier navigation and efficiency. Check out all of the participant edit modal updates by reading our article!

3. Running USA Industry Conference takeaways:

We’re hoping you saw our takeaways from this year’s Running USA Industry Conference in Denver!

We cover the big topics from Diversity & Inclusion to GenZ trends while also giving you a behind-the-scenes look at our team’s incredible time at the conference. Our very own Dave Basacco, VP of Growth and Marketing at Race Roster, provided one of the best attended sessions of the conference on Marketing Trends to increase registration. Don’t worry, you can still capture those insights by requesting a PDF copy of your own!

4. Tool highlights:

  • Postback tool: If you work with sponsors, third-party mail or marketing platform or external vendors to fulfil merchandise, you’ll want to check out how our postback tool can help you seamlessly communicate data and share valuable insights with your partners!
  • Inventory Management tool: Have you checked out our inventory management tool lately? Make race day easier: easily allocate specific equipment for events, identify equipment needing repair and map out where specific equipment is needed across the race site. Explore how our inventory management tool can help organize your timing and production logistics!

Race Roster

At our core, we are event organizers and athletes serving event organizers and athletes. Race Roster was founded by a group of friends with combined interests in running, technology, and event management. After organizing their own 10K in 2010, it was very apparent that the running industry was in dire need of better technology. Since May of 2012, Race Roster has partnered with over 4,000 organizers to grow, manage and execute on race day!
