Diversity & Inclusion was a key focus in 2022 and continues to be into 2023. We’ve been thinking about how we, as event management technology providers, can help our industry evolve into a space where everyone feels welcome.

 4. Re-direct donations from your dashboard.

We’ve provided greater autonomy and efficiency by giving you the ability to re-direct a donation right from your dashboard!

If a donor accidentally donated in a way they didn’t intend, our Customer Success team could be resourced to redirect the donation. Now, a donation redirect can quickly be accomplished independently by your team!

 5. Digital Engagement Kits: digital grab bags, and beyond!

6. Apply promo codes to products in registration.

We’ve added the ability to apply promotional codes on products and/or registration within your registration flow! Where can this take YOUR promotional strategy and marketing? Read our article to learn more!

7. Organized bundles with Bundle IDs.

If you offer bundled activities on your event, you’ve probably been enjoying this one. Organizing bundled registrations & associated sub-events to a participant is easy since introducing our Bundle IDs!

8. Two exciting updates to our bib management tool!

We’ve made two updates to our bib management tool!

  1. Add two bib number ranges per sub-event
  2. Exclude sub-events from bib assignments

These are particularly valuable onsite to reduce unnecessary steps in registration or when bib re-assignments need to be made!

9.  Inventory made easier.

TImers, we didn’t forget about you! We know that managing logistics is critical in your day-to-day operations and that’s why we introduced three updates to our inventory management tool to make organizing your inventory easier:

  1. Ability to bulk update your inventory
  2. Set conditions on specific serial numbers within your inventory
  3. Ability to manipulate individual qualities within kits.

10. Get notified of your disputes!

Have you checked your disputed transactions lately? Choose to enable dispute notifications to alert you when a dispute is filed!

But, what should you do once you receive that notification? Is there any way you can influence the outcome?

We thought this would be a great opportunity to recap disputes and provide a few tips to help you retain your hard-earned revenue!

11. Ability to create a custom response to a registration question!

As event organizers, sometimes we just don’t have all the answers — but in some cases, our registrants do! On Race Roster, you can allow participants to create their own custom option as an answer to a multiple choice question asked during registration.

12. Easy file uploading in registration.

How could the ability to upload files in registration expedite your onsite or help you work with partners and sponsors?

We’ve made it possible during registration and through the participant dashboard, making it easy to collect proof of vaccination, previous race times, and other important information!
